GEAR CODE SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

This Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("Customer") and Gear Code, LLC ("Gear Code," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

 

1. SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENT TERMS

1.1 Subscription Tiers – Gear Code offers multiple subscription tiers with different features and pricing. 1.2 Auto-Renewal – Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by the Customer before the renewal date. 1.3 Cancellation – Customers may cancel their subscription at any time before the renewal date to avoid future charges. No refunds will be issued for cancellations. 1.4 Payment Processing – Gear Code does not store credit card information. Payments are securely processed by a third-party payment provider.

 

2. SERVICE UPTIME & SUPPORT

2.1 Uptime Guarantee – Gear Code guarantees a 99.9% uptime for its services. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime. 2.2 Customer Support – Support is available via email at support@gearcode.net during normal business hours.

 

3. DATA HANDLING & PRIVACY

3.1 Data Storage – Gear Code securely stores Customer data in an encrypted format. 3.2 Backups – Data is backed up daily to ensure reliability. 3.3 Data Deletion – Customers may request data deletion by emailing support@gearcode.net. 3.4 Credit Card Information – Gear Code does not store Customer credit card details. Payments are managed by a secure third-party payment provider.  For further details, refer to the Gear Code Privacy policy.

 

4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES & RESTRICTIONS

4.1 Prohibited Activities – Customers shall not:

  • Resell their subscription.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code of the Gear Code application.

  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

  • Share account credentials or access with unauthorized users.
    4.2 Compliance – Customers must comply with all applicable laws when using the Gear Code services.

 

5. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT

5.1 Right to Modify – Gear Code reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. 5.2 Notification – Customers will be notified of any changes via email. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

 

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1 No Warranty – Gear Code provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. 6.2 Limitation of Liability – In no event shall Gear Code be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

 

7. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

7.1 Jurisdiction – This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Missouri.

 

By subscribing to Gear Code, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Subscription Agreement.
